Project Control System (PDS)

This intranet web-based application provides project tracking and reporting capabilities for the engineering project management group. The system also provides structured traceable communication process from initial project request to project completion. Customizable checklists and templates are used to establish project constraints and deliverables. At each major project milestone, actual and estimated spending is captured to track project performance. Interface to SAP is provided to capture actual project spending.
